Sub: Complaint regarding your pet dog

Respected Mr. Kulkarni,

I am Sameer Joshi from B-203. I am sorry to have to write this letter to you but I have no choice.

Your pet dog is a very aggressive animal. It is a source of trouble to the entire neighbourhood. A few days back, it chased our cat till the poor animal nearly died. Yesterday it ran after my little sister and made her scream. Because of your dog, the children of this locality cannot play freely. It has become a nuisance to all of us.

I request you to keep it chained at home. Also do not allow it out unless it has a muzzle. I am sure you will understand. If the trouble continues, I will have to report the matter to the society committee.
