Sub: Complaint regarding delay in delivery of letters

Respected Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice the frequent delay in the delivery of letters in our area. For the past few weeks, I have not been receiving my mail on time. A delay of a day or two may be understandable, but some letters reach me after several days, causing unnecessary inconvenience.

Just today, I received an invitation from my friend in Nagpur that had been posted on 6 January 2026. Unfortunately, the function was held on 11 January, and because the letter reached me late, I was unable to attend it. Similar delays have occurred on several other occasions as well.

I had spoken to the concerned postman about this issue, hoping that the matter would be resolved. However, he showed little interest in the complaint and did not respond helpfully.

I therefore request you to kindly investigate the matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that letters are delivered promptly.
