Sub: Request for regular and timely water supply

Respected Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice the serious water shortage being faced by the residents of our area for the past few weeks. The water supply is both insufficient and irregular. Water is available for only a short time in the morning and evening, and even these timings are not fixed.

As a result, families have to keep someone at home to wait for the water supply. Many residents are unable to manage their daily household work properly. People often gather at public taps and wait for long periods to collect water. This situation creates inconvenience and sometimes leads to disputes among residents.

We request you to look into this matter at the earliest and take the necessary steps to ensure a regular and punctual water supply. The problem is causing great hardship to everyone in the locality. We hope for your prompt action and a favourable response.
