Day 206/365 : Start with shaky hands, if you must. Progress begins with movement, not mastery.

When we try something new, it’s normal to feel nervous or unsure. Our hands may shake, our voice might tremble, and doubts can fill our minds. But that’s okay. Nobody begins as an expert. A child doesn’t run before learning to walk. Even the most successful people today once had a first day—full of mistakes, fear, and hesitation. What matters most is not how perfect the first step is, but that we’re brave enough to take it. Starting is the hardest part, but it’s also the most important.
Think of someone learning to ride a bicycle. At first, they wobble, fall, and feel like giving up. But each try teaches them balance. Slowly, with practice, they stop falling. Soon, they’re riding with ease and confidence. The same thing happens in real life. Whether you’re starting a business, speaking in public, learning a skill, or changing habits—it won’t be perfect in the beginning. But that first small, shaky step opens the door to improvement.
Don’t wait until you feel ready or perfect. Perfection can hold you back. Progress happens when you begin, even if it’s messy. The courage to move forward, no matter how small the step, is what sets you on the path to success.
