Day 129/365 : Most limits are self-made. Challenge them. Break them. Then keep going.

Sometimes we think we can’t do something just because it feels too big or too difficult. These thoughts often come from inside us — not from the world around us. We might say, “I’m not smart enough,” or “I don’t have the time,” but these are limits we place on ourselves. They aren’t always real. If we believe them, we stop before we even try. That’s why it’s important to notice these thoughts and ask, “Is this really true?” Most of the time, you’ll realize it’s just fear or doubt.
For example, think about someone who wants to run a marathon. At first, the idea of running 42 kilometers might seem impossible. But when they start training a little every day — running one kilometer, then two, then five — they begin to see that their body and mind can do more than they believed. Over time, the limit they thought they had starts to disappear. They’ve challenged it and slowly broken it.
The most powerful part is what happens after that — they keep going. Once you break one limit, it becomes easier to push past the next. Every step forward makes you stronger and more confident. The only real limits are the ones we choose to accept.
