Ans: Seasons are formed due to the Earth’s revolution around the Sun and the 23°30′ tilt of the Earth’s axis. As the Earth revolves around the Sun, different parts of the Earth receive different amounts of sunlight and heat. This causes changes in temperature and forms different seasons like summer, monsoon and winter.

Ans: If we do not change our routine and diet according to the seasons, it can affect our health. We may suffer from tiredness, body aches, dehydration, colds, coughs, fever and other infections. We may also feel uncomfortable because of unsuitable clothing. Therefore, we should eat seasonal food, wear suitable clothes and follow healthy habits according to the season.
