Ans:

Beneath the sky so bright and blue,
Flowers bloom, a joyful view.
By the stream, we laugh and play,
In the sun’s warm, golden ray.

With friends, we share a hearty meal,
In this moment, so real.
Life’s a journey, hand in hand,
Together, we’ll make a stand.

Think of something that you like very much. Describe it in as much detail as you can, stressing the part you like best. Make use of suitable adjectives, adverbs or comparisons. Arrange the lines one below the other in the form of a poem.

Ans:

A cup of tea, warm and inviting,
Steam swirling, like morning mist rising.
The scent of freshly steeped delight,
Fills the air, a comforting sight.

A taste so soothing, like a cozy hug,
In that moment, I feel snug.
The tea leaves dance in amber seas,
A symphony of flavour, a gentle tease.

But the best part, without a doubt,
Is that first sip, there’s no need to shout.
A moment of calm, in a busy day,
My favourite thing, in every way.

Observe things in your surroundings carefully. Write short but good descriptions of what you see, hear, smell, feel, etc. Arrange your observations in short lines written one below the other, in the form of a poem.

Ans:

Sunset’s golden hues paint the sky,
Birds in flight, bidding the day goodbye.
A gentle breeze whispers through the trees,
Carrying the scent of blooming freesias.

Laughter and chatter from a nearby park,
Children playing till the day turns dark.
A distant car’s hum on the asphalt road,
A symphony of life, a story untold.

Soft grass underfoot, cool and green,
Nature’s carpet, a serene scene.
The world around, alive and real,
In each moment, its beauty I feel.

How do you feel when you are very happy or very angry or very sad? What do you say to yourself on these occasions? Try to write it down and arrange it in the form of a poem.

Ans:

When happiness fills my heart so wide,
I smile and laugh, I cannot hide.
I tell myself, “Life’s a joyful ride,
Embrace the moments, let love be your guide.”

But when anger surges, hot and red,
I take a breath, clear my head.
I say, “Patience is key,” to myself, I’ve said,
In calmness, find strength, like a riverbed.

In moments of sadness, when tears may flow,
I comfort myself, with a soft, gentle glow.
I whisper, “Tomorrow’s a chance to grow,
Through life’s ups and downs, you’ll still shine and glow.”
