Dear Mama,

Thank you so much for inviting me to Shimla for the summer vacation! I’m really excited and happy to accept your invitation.

I’ve always wanted to visit a hill station and Shimla is supposed to be beautiful. It’s getting really hot here in Delhi and all my friends are making plans to go to cooler places. Your invitation came at the perfect time!

I’m really looking forward to seeing the mountains, the Mall Road and the toy train. I also want to try trekking and visit the famous temples there. If possible, I’d love to see Kufri as well.

I can stay for two weeks, from May 1st to May 15th. I’ll take the train from Delhi and I’ll call you with the exact details once I book the ticket. Mom and Dad send their regards.
