Dear Papa,

I hope everyone at home is doing well. I’ve been in the village for 3 days now and I’m having a wonderful time.

Village life is so different from the city! It’s incredibly peaceful here. There’s no traffic noise, no honking and the air is so fresh and clean. The food is healthy and tasty. Chachi makes fresh rotis and vegetables from their own farm. I’m already feeling more energetic.

My daily routine is quite different here. I wake up at 5:30 in the morning. After a bath, I have a heavy breakfast of parathas with homemade butter. Then we all go to the nearby pond for a swim. The water is cool and refreshing. During the day, we play cricket and other games with the village kids. After a big lunch, we rest under the mango trees. In the evening, we play again until dinner time.

I’m learning so much about farming, animals and simple living. Though I do miss you, Mom and Didi sometimes.
