Sub: Request for permission to organize a book exhibition

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a student of Class IX-A. On behalf of my class, I humbly request you to grant us permission to organize a book exhibition in our school Assembly Hall.

The exhibition will be held on 5th and 6th September 2024. It will be open to all students, their parents and teachers from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We intend to organize this book exhibition to promote the reading habit among students. There will be books on education, science, history, fiction, biographies and stories. I have already sent letters to all local booksellers requesting them to exhibit their books.

Kindly grant us the permission to organize the book exhibition.
