Respected Mr. Agarwal,

I am writing to inform you about several problems in the flat that need immediate attention.

The walls in the bedroom have developed cracks and dampness. Two windowpanes are cracked and one is broken. The bathroom and kitchen taps are leaking continuously. The main door has come loose from its hinges and doesn’t close properly. The entire flat needs fresh whitewashing as the paint has faded badly.

These problems are causing great inconvenience to my family. I request you to arrange for these repairs immediately. If prompt steps are not taken, I will have to get the repairs done myself and deduct the cost from next month’s rent.
