Sub: Complaint regarding hawkers outside our school

Respected Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice the problem of hawkers operating outside our school premises. Several vendors have put up stalls near the school gate and sell food items to students. Many of these stalls do not maintain proper cleanliness, and the food is often exposed to dust and flies.

Even though our teachers regularly advise students not to purchase food from these stalls, many students continue to do so. As a result, some students have fallen ill after consuming such food and drinks. The school Principal has repeatedly requested the vendors to move away from the area, but since the space belongs to the municipality, the school authorities are unable to take any official action.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and take suitable steps at the earliest. Removing these unauthorized stalls will help protect the health and well-being of the students.
