Sub: Request for educational visit to your factory

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a student of Class IX studying in Modern English School, Amravati. I write this letter to seek your permission to visit your factory as part of the school field visit programme. I am in charge of the group that intends to visit your factory.

In all, 35 students and 4 teachers will be visiting the factory. We have a lesson on food preservation. We would like to know the exact procedure of food processing. The visit will give us the knowledge we seek.

We intend to visit your factory on 22nd March at around 11 a.m. We assure you that we will follow all safety rules and move about in an orderly manner.
