Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that the refrigerator I purchased from your shop recently is not working. It is a FrostKing Pro model, 350 litres. The receipt number is FK7845 and the date of payment is 5th February. You delivered it on 6th February.
The refrigerator worked properly for about ten days. Now it has lost its cooling effect. For the past three days, food items are spoiling and vegetables are rotting because there is no cooling. This should not have happened so soon after purchase.
I request you to send your technician to repair it or replace it with a new one.
