Sub: Complaint regarding wrong book delivery

Respected Sir/Madam,

II had ordered “To Kill a Mockingbird” by Harper Lee from your bookstore on 10th March 2024. The order number was RP2024/0856. However, when the book was delivered on 18th March, I received “The Catcher in the Rye” by J.D. Salinger instead.

I needed “To Kill a Mockingbird” for my school assignment which is due on 25th March. This mistake has caused me great inconvenience.

I request you to replace the wrong book with the correct one immediately without any additional charges. Please be more careful in future.
