Barriers of caste, creed, status, and religion are generally imposed by the parents and society on the lovers. But history has witnessed that true lovers do not accept any such barriers. The stories of Shiri Farhad, Laila  Majanu, and Sohni Mahiwal are the best examples to support the above saying. But all this does not mean that others who sacrificed their love for the sake of their parents or society were not true lovers. Love does not mean the love of lovers only. The point is that love is not started with planning, so it does not accept any barriers, as lovers are unable to know when they are entangled in love. Love is a great phenomenon; it is a bundle of emotions; and it is unconditional. So we can say “love knows no barriers”.
