Man is, by nature, a critic. He always tries to make excuses for his failure instead of trying to solve the problem. It is no use to blame the circumstances or the lack of something for not getting anything done. Everybody knows there cannot be perfection anywhere, so criticizing the shortcomings is of no use. The right approach should be to find the solution instead of criticizing.

A winner always finds his way amid adverse circumstances. He does not blame the shortage, lack of infrastructure, or any other thing for not getting the desired results; he actually finds the solution in the given circumstances. We should remember that where there is a will, there is a way. So it is always better to light a little candle than to curse the darkness.
