Once, a donkey was made to carry a sack of salt on his back. Accidentally, he slipped and fell into a stream. The salt dissolved, and the load became lighter. The donkey felt very happy.

The next day, the donkey was made to carry a load of sponge. When the donkey came to the stream, he deliberately threw himself into it. He thought the load would once again become lighter. But this time, just the opposite happened. The donkey realised that it is not always possible to make work easier.

Moral : There is no key to success except hard work.
